A 73, 1 over Par and a top 20 result - well done Nora
"I could have been easy 1 under today", Nora said after her round "but I'm still happy". It was a solid round again with a silly bogie on her second last hole. Nora realized that she was exactly in that sort of situation which she had, the week before, discussed with her coaches and its motto: to just focusing on what to do at each single shot you have.
Under Par on round 2 and a Top 15 result after 2 rounds
Nora started at the 10th hole today and was two over after 9 holes and 3 over at the tournament. But she showed that her mental strength is on top - as it always has been. With a great eagle at the Par 5 second and a birdie at the Par 5 ninth, Nora was one under on the round and even par at the tournament which is the 13th place after two rounds. This is a very solid comeback after a few missed cuts and this will give Nora a good start into a great fall. Well done Nora.
A solid first round in Oslo - 73 / +1
Heavy rain during the ProAm and the first round of the Norwegian Ladies Masters for the Professionals. It was quite cold, windy and with some strong rain and not easy to play for all Girls. Nora had a pretty good starttime in the Afternoon and played solid Golf with a 1 over 73 (3 bogies and 2 birdies). Unfortunately she dropped a shot at her second last hole nb 17, otherwhise Nora would be T14th after day one. After day one the cut is close to 14 and this shows how the conditions are - well done Nora.
Another week to get into her game again
It was a tough week after the two days invitational in Zurich but it was good to play in Switzerland, despite the weather that wasn't that good. Now, the SAS Norway Masters is upcoming, a 3 days event nearby the great city of Oslo. |
