Nora is taking the good feeling to Wales
Now Nora has to turn the good feeling into the shots to get more birdies out of it. Her second round at the Scandinavian TPC was 81 and not what she had expected, but as she says her feeling for the shots is back. At the beginning of this round Nora struggled a bit, she has to get into this and believe in it but at the end she played golf in a way she didn't for weeks. On her last 3 holes Nora managed to get 3 birdie chances within 2 meters but only made one on the fast and undulated greens in Barseback G&CC. At the end, Nora is not happy with the result but the way she feels out there is positive again and she is looking forward to the next tournaments.
A different Nora was teeing up this morning
"The result is disappointing but the way I played was much better then the last weeks" Nora said after her round. Of course a 79 ist not what you expect on the first day but Nora was Driving the Ball very well today. She was 6 over after 7 holes because she didn't find the right speed on this very fast Greens. So on she played solid Golf after the first holes and this must give her confidence for the next weeks.
After a good break back in Europe
After a very good week in Canada with Denise Lavigne Nora is back in Europe for the Scandinavian TPC at Barseback near Malmö in Sweden. Nora Angehrn arrived well and she is ready for her Tee off at thursday 8am in the first group on Tee 1. |
