Not the way Nora expected to play, but heavy rainfall made it not easy today
Nora's start time was delayed about 3 hours due to heavy rain the night before and so the difficult course was even harder to play. All in all it was a very poor round of Golf for Nora, because there was not a single Birdie. With +5 after 6 holes Nora had to fight from the very beginning. After 6 Pars in a row she did not have the game to hold it together and ended up with a 83 (+12) for a two rounds total of +15. Not all players could finish their 2nd round and it depends on what weather they will have today. Currently, the Cutline is the highest ever with +12!
It looks average but +3 means 17th place after round one on the difficult course
Nora started very solid in this tournament with 7 Pars and a total of 35 for her first nine holes. On nb.3, Nora had a bad lie after her Tee shot and with a layup she had to take a 7 (on that Par 4). The rest she played in Par which is good for the next two days, than Par is actual 3rd place on the very demanding carrick course.
