The first 18 holes of the course opens in 1998. It's a par 72 and the Greens are wide and wavy. The course has spectacular views towards the sea and the La Gomera Island. A very interesting detail to mention is that due to the poor rainfall, every tree or plant has it's own irrigation system.

A very solid finish with a 72 even par on Sunday
With four birdies and four bogies, Nora finished her first LET event with a very solid performance. What a great start into the 2005 season.
Another 71 - one-under-par shows a great performance
Four birdies and three bogies with a great finish on her back nine is the very good result of the third round at the Tenerife Ladies Open. "I'm very happy", Nora said right after the round.
A very good 71 - one-under-par takes Nora into the weekend
With two bogies and three birdies Nora Angehrn is even par for her very first Ladies European Tour Event (LET) after two rounds. This should be good enough to get into the weekend with the top 60 Ladies. Great start Nora!
With an opening 73 Nora Angehrn started into her first LET Event
After a triple bogey on the par 5 #3, Nora got back into the tournament with a solid 1 over par round of golf. She is quite happy with her ball-strike and likes the course albeit not the windy conditions in the afternoon. The second round will be in the morning. |
