This championship course with a classic parkland layout offer the golfer enough challenges with the Hennops River coming into play on almost every hole. Hosted many professional events over the years and the club is closely link with the Hayes family since the 1940. A cluster-housing complex is being developed alongside the 1st and 18th fairways. The club is conveniently situated for golfers travelling from the Sandton, Johannesburg, Midrand and Pretoria areas.

Strong finish in Pretoria - a great 69, 3 under par on the final round
With a strong 69 on the final round she places 11th and is in the price money again. What a great return into the tournament after yesterdays front nine holes. With this round Nora Angehrn showed how solidly she plays and what strong mental condition she possesses. Congratulations Nora!
Disappointing 2nd round for Nora Angehrn - 78 strokes, but she made the cut
After that superb first round, Nora shot a 6 over, par 78 on the second day at the Telkom Women's Classic. After a 43 on the front nine she made a great comeback on the back nine with 1 under 35. So Nora is still close to the top ten and ready to go low again tomorrow. As she said "I fixed the problem and I'm ready for the next round".

After a big opening round of 68, 4 under par, Nora became 3rd at the Telkom Women's Classic at the Zwartkop CC in Pretoria, South Africa. With this result Nora demonstrates how hard she has worked during winter. She was in a very good mood and highly focused on her target. Great round Nora! |
