A very solid finishing par (72) round of Nora Angehrn
It was a very good round of golf with still wet and windy conditions for Nora. A good finish resulting in a 36th place at the end and now Nora has to wait which place this will bring her in the Order of Merit.
Again a good fight for a 75 with wind and rain
With a 2nd round of 75 (3 over par) Nora made the cut at the KLM Ladies Open. Nora again started badly into her round with a double bogey at #10 - her first hole on the round. After that she showed very nice golf despite a strong wind at Kennemer Golf & Country Club. Only two bogies and one birdie and pars. Now it's only one more round to go and Nora will give her very best to make some places up to the top of the Leaderborad. Scorecard of Nora.
It was a tough fight on her first round
Wind and lots of rain for the whole field at Kennemer Golf & Country Club and not a single player is under par after round one. Nora Angehrn started very badly into the tournament. She was 5 over par after 3 holes and had a great fight for a final 79, 7 over par which is a 46th place after day one but only 7 shots behind the top of the Leaderboard. After her 2nd triple bogey on hole number 6 Nora played her last 12 holes in par and this shows again what strong mindset she possesses. |
